Returns & Refunds

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Pure Sunnah Co. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our returns policy below.

Non-returnable items

Due to hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations, we are unable to accept returns on:

• Perishable goods (including dates, honey, and food items)  
• Opened or used cosmetic, skincare, or personal care products  
• Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original sealed condition

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged or incorrect items  
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your order number  
• A brief description of the issue  
• Clear photos of the item and outer packaging

Change of mind

For non-perishable items that are eligible for return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
